Section 4: Check Illness, injury or other medical reason
(This assumes you are doing this to avoid virus exposure)
Section 5: Check only the Primary election
Mail or deliver to the Morgan County Clerk, 77 Fairfax St., Room 102, Berkeley Springs WV 25411. It must be received by Monday, May 5. The Clerk will mail your ballot with instructions for filing it.
